Lance Penland is a passionate pastor, nonprofit leader, and church planting strategist on a mission to equip Christians to grow in faith, lead with purpose, and build thriving communities.
As the pastor of Character Church in San Bernardino, CA, and co-founder of the nonprofit Brotherly Love, he is committed to transforming lives through discipleship and leadership development. Receiving theological training at Fuller Seminary, Lance combines his academic foundation with real-world experience to inspire and empower others to make a lasting impact.
